In the fast-paced world of technology, where innovation drives progress and change is constant, breaking into the industry can seem like a daunting task. For many aspiring individuals including myself the journey to a career in tech is marked by challenges and setbacks. However through determination, resilience, I have been able to overcome obstacles and carve out a place for myself in this dynamic field.

My personal journey reflects the struggles and triumphs of countless women striving to make their mark in tech. Armed with a bachelor's degree and a passion for technology, I embarked on my career path with high hopes. Yet like many others, I encountered barriers that seemed insurmountable at times. Despite facing initial rejections and setbacks. I refused to be deterred. Instead I embraced the challenges, seeking out opportunities for growth and learning.

One such opportunity came in the form of IBM Skills Build Bootcamp, a transformative experience that equipped me with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the tech industry. As a part-time employee for 1.6 years, I honed my abilities and gained invaluable hands-on experience, laying the foundation for my eventual entry into the world of tech.

Now, as I stand on the cusp of new opportunities, I am reminded of the resilience and tenacity that brought me to this point. My journey has taught me that success is not always linear; it is a culmination of perseverance, adaptability and the willingness to embrace change. As a woman in tech, I am acutely aware of the unique challenges we face in a tech industry. However, I am also empowered by the knowledge that women possess the strength and resilience to overcome these obstacles and thrive in any environment.

As I look towards the future, I am excited by the prospect of new challenges and opportunities for growth. I am eager to continue making meaningful contributions to the field of technology and to inspire other women to pursue their passions fearlessly. Together, we can break down barriers, shatter stereotypes, and pave the way for a more inclusive and diverse tech industry.

In celebrating women's entry into tech, we not only recognize the achievements of individuals but also acknowledge the collective impact of women in driving innovation and progress. By championing diversity and inclusion, we can create a brighter, more equitable future for all.

So here's to the women who dare to dream, who refuse to be confined by limitations, and who continue to push boundaries in pursuit of their goals.
